What if something as simple as spending time in nature could help to improve your mental health, productivity, creativity and contentment? What if it could also help to improve your physical health, strength, co-ordination and mood? Studies reveal that all this and more are benefits of spending time in nature. Who’d have thought that something so simple could be the key to helping to unlock your vitality, while also helping you to feel more interconnected? Our ancestors knew this, but many of us have forgotten the importance of getting outdoors to support our vitality.

Self care

Do you ever dismiss self-care, or put it off because you just don’t have the time for it right now? Do you have too many other things on the go, between work, family life, exercise, running your household, caring for other people and whatever other demands are made on your time? Do you feel guilty any time you prioritise just a little bit of time looking after yourself?

But listen to me when I say this: if you want to be able to function at a high level, then just a little bit of time spent regularly on self-care can make a real difference.

It might not even be a case of feeling overtly lonely. But perhaps we all need to be a bit more mindful about the relationships we have with those people who are most important to us. So this section tries to include ways to nurture your personal relationships.

Social media and technology make it so easy to interact with people from all over the world. We can text friends and family, and make new relationships. So why is it that people appear to be lonelier than at possibly any other time in our histories? What affect can loneliness have on your health? And what can we do about it?

All of us are exposed to toxins in our environments, medications, skincare and foods. Not only that, but we each produce a range of toxins inside our bodies. And of course there’s gadolinium and other toxic elements that we can be exposed to.

Which makes it ever more important to focus on supporting the body to try to eliminate as many toxins as we can.

Protected: Epsom Salts Baths and Foot Spas

Soaking in Epsom salts using a bath or foot spa can be one of the most indulgent ways to improve your health. Not only is it a great way to luxuriate in some self-care, but it’s also a great way to top up your magnesium levels and support your detoxification pathways, all while relaxing. And if you’ve had a particularly arduous workout and your muscles are aching, an Epsom salts bath is one of the best ways to relieve some of the pain. Epsom salts can also help to relieve the itch from insect bites.
