But first, just a few quick steps, and you’ll be well on your way to a more balanced and enjoyable life.
Step 1:
Check your email
In the next hour, you’ll receive an email from catriona@thefoodphoenix.co.uk with the subject line ‘Please confirm your subscription.’ Don’t forget to look for it in your junk mail or promotions folder if you use Gmail. If you don’t receive that welcome email within the next hour, just drop me a line at catriona@thefoodphoenix.co.uk and let me know it’s gone missing. I’ll get back to you within two working days.
You’ve already got access to the guide here. But don’t worry because it’ll be in a future email.
Step 2:
Add me to your contacts
This step is important, so please don’t overlook it. Inbox filters and promotions folders sometimes hide important emails. But if you add me to your contacts, my future emails will go straight to your inbox instead of getting lost in your junk mail or promotions folder.
Step 3:
Keep an eye out for my emails
I’ll send you a regular email every couple of weeks on a Wednesday, except when it creeps into a Thursday or Friday (you know how life gets sometimes).
